“This is a great place to stay! The location is convenient, with a bus stop nearby that made getting around easy. The building has an elevator, which was especially helpful with our luggage. Inside the unit, the washer and dryer made laundry simple and stress-free. The apartment is well-equipped with plenty of cookware, utensils, and appliances, which really came in handy. We also really enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful view from the window. The host was incredibly responsive and clearly cares about the guest experience. Any issues that came up were quickly and professionally addressed. Highly recommend!”

“We really enjoyed staying at Nick's place for the month we were in Seattle. Nick was a great host - super responsive and helpful!”

“The water pressure was strong, the king size bed was comfy and doing laundry was easy because they had a modern washer and dryer. On top of those plusses they had a brita water pitcher full when we came; the kitchen had great appliances and was great for our monthlong stay. We were up on the highest floor (accessible by elevator or stairs) so we got a good view and even in the rain the rooftop was beautiful.”

“I stayed at Nick's for month to "test run" Seattle and see if I wanted to move there. I did t have a car while I was there, so walkability was key. His place is in a very walkable area, close to parks and public transit, several grocery stores and lots of restaurants. Neighbors were also quiet and respectful. Great stay!”

“Spent about 1.5 months here, had a great time! Nick offered an earlier check-in time as I was moving from a different AirBnB, and he was also very responsive to any issues I had as they came up. The food processor broke and he immediately ordered a new one and called the handyman, he ordered batteries within a day for the TV remotes, and he personally came by to switch the mailbox keys after a mixup. Very friendly and easy to reach. The apartment was also great, true to the pictures, and in a very convenient location about 5min from the light rail.”

“Nick's place is splendid, with several places you can visit by walking. The condo is comfortable and well-equipped. I stayed with my partner for 3 months and our favorite thing about this listing is Nick's responsiveness and general communication during our stay.”

“Nick is an amazing & responsive Host; we couldn't ask for better! The rental was in the perfect location for us; near bus, shopping, with easy access to the things that we wanted to see. lots with it easy walking distance. There are two bus stops within a quarter block; Underground station three blocks away. Use the Moovit App & you can get anywhere without a car, easily and inexpensively. The apartment is on the 5th floor, so nobody can be heard you walking above you. Super quiet neighbors. It's located right in the heart of Capitol Hill action, so there are lots of city sounds. But isn't that why you came to the city? We were there for a 6 week stay. I loved being able to sit out on the little East balcony to have a cup of coffee, greet the sun and people watch. We even had a brave crow that regularly came to share. We named him Thor (he likes dog treats). Highly recommend Nick's place. If you're in Seattle for a longer stint, this is the perfect homebase to explore and enjoy!”

“My partner and I needed a long term stay in Seattle at the first part of our move from out of state, and Nick's condo was a perfect landing place! The apartment is cozy, well-appointed, and close to everything in cap hill; walking to Glo's or the nearest Safeway is five minutes, door to door. There can be a bit of traffic noise and some occasional rumble from passing buses, but even I (a pretty light sleeper) found it to be no issue at all. I work remote, and any noise was basically inaudible during meetings. Shower was hot and powerful, fridge was spacious, appliances were new, and there were some cooking implements in the apartment when we arrived, so we didn't need to purchase anything to cook. The building is easy to find, neighbors were nice, and the view from the rooftop deck is beautiful. Nick was extremely courteous, responsive, and accommodating to us (and our cat!). We couldn't have asked for more from a host, and we would recommend Nick anytime!”

“I needed a place to stay while relocating to Seattle for a new job and Nick's place was perfect! It has a great wfh setup (standing desk, monitor, etc), it's walking-distance to plenty of fun things to do in Capitol Hill, and most other parts of Seattle were just a 10-15 minute drive away. This was a great temporary home for me, would definitely stay here again!”

“The host and the place were lovely. Clean and in a great area. I work from home and it was quiet and no issues with wifi. The bed is very comfortable and the w/d came in handy as a long term guest. I would definitely return and I highly recommend.”

“Stayed at Nick's place for a little over a month, and it was the perfect setup for remote working. Some of the things I loved: * Top floor with high ceilings. Felt very spacious. * Stand-up desk with a huge monitor * King-size bed * Very walkable. 5-minute walk to the grocery store and light rail, and tons of restaurants/bars around * Spacious kitchen with lots of counter space The only things that I wasn't the biggest fan of were that it was sometimes hard to find parking, and it was a bit of a loud area, but both are to be expected when staying in Capitol Hill, and nothing against Nick's place at all. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area, and would recommend it to others.”

“My partner and I stayed at Nicks for a month for a work trip, and had a great time. Nick was super responsive and very helpful. Our flight to Seattle was delayed over 5 hours and landed around 2am PT. Nick was very understanding and still made sure that we had a smooth check-in process. Any time we needed anything, Nick answered within 1 hour. The apartment itself is a great space. It was very clean and well equipped with things that we needed during the month. It is also in a great location. A couple of blocks from Broadway with access to tons of things to do but still a far enough from the busiest parts of Capital Hill so nights were quiet. It is also close to the lightrail and several bus stops, which makes navigating the city very do-able. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we're in Seattle!”

“I stayed at Nick's place for a month, and I would highly recommend it! The desk setup with the ultra wide monitor made working remotely a breeze. The furniture was nice and the kitchen was well equipped to handle whatever cooking I wanted to do. Nick was very helpful and responsive, thanks for a great stay!”

“Nick was a great host and very responsive and friendly, this place is ideal if you are working remotely or don't have a car, as there is a huge amount of food/groceries/entertainment within walking distance. The standing desk and monitor were also great! My only flag is that the street sounds can be a bit loud, so if that bothers you, bring some earplugs for night time!”

“The place is perfectly situated for someone who wants to sample life in seattle/capitol hill. Public transport is close by and a lot of restaurants close by as well. The place is small, but it is designed really well and the space is utilized really well. The host is fantastic and responds very quickly .”

“Nick was extremely responsive, so helpful with anything I needed or if something wasn't in the apt. You do need to fill in some extra paper work bc of condo rules but well worth it, and nick was very patient with me and my questions. Place is comfy and has everything you need. Couple blocks from light rail, groceries, cafes/restaurants ect in the heart of capitol hill. depending what you're doing in town, you could get away without a car, but if you need one street parking with the pass is available Nice views from the communal roof!”

“The apartment is very clean and cute. Enough space and equipment for 2-4 people. The location is also great, if you like to stay in the heart of Capitol Hill. The hosts care about all your needs and they are very responsive. Overall, one of the best stays I had.”

“I stayed at Nick's place for over a month and genuinely didn't want to leave. From day one, it was spotless and totally ready to live in--such a relief after a long trip. I felt completely safe and at home the entire time, which meant so much for a longer stay. The apartment is in a great location--you can easily get around without a car--and it had everything I needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to tons of closet and storage space. What really made this stay exceptional was Nick himself: always responsive (responds in minutes), kind, and clearly committed to making sure I was comfortable. Even after I checked out, he went above and beyond by dropping off a credit card I had accidentally left behind since I was still nearby--truly thoughtful. I honestly hope all my future Airbnb stays are like this. Would 100% stay again!”
